i've been working for UPS for about two years ago and considering trying to drive package car at the beginning of the new year only problem is I received a misdemeanor DUI three years ago and have heard conflicting stories from Teamsters on how far back UPS goes on your driving record . Is it one year or is it five years

2 beers and you were a .081...Must be something new in the beer. Never heard of someone being .08 after two beers but then again most people when asked, only admit to "2 beers". That cop must be an awesome cop to be able to smell the alcohol while you were driving to make a stop without you having done something else wrong.
