What would happen if a driver was hit while crossing a street at 8:00 at night, pitch black, away from the package car. Are these accidents still lumped together with auto accidents???Thats probably an avoidable accident too......so pathetic. There was a driver who was in the back of an empty parking lot taking a lunch. A car somehow hit him and they charged the driver dor not having his flashers on. Come on, its sunny, flashers would hardly be seen anyway. So if he did have flashers on, it would have be unavoidable? Drivers in general are getting more risky and more aggressive. We cant possiblbly be blammed for every littke thing society does that is stupid.
