This is incorrect. President Obama was faced with a gigantic recession, he passed the stimulus which is created with saving millions of jobs. He bailed out the auto industry which saved 100's of thousands of jobs.
Trump has done nothing on jobs, absolutely nothing.

Again, this stuff should be easy. If I say Obama did something about jobs I'll point to the stimulus legislation which was passed, Ill point to saving the auto industry.
If you think Trump has done something on jobs what legislation do you point to?
When I say Trump has done nothing on immigration what policy success do you point to say he has?
When I say Trump has done nothing on trade what policy success do you point to?
This is how we judge presidents by the impact of the legislation they actually pass and its impact on their goals. Trump objectively hasn't done that.

Look, Im just looking at reality. To have an impact on jobs or trade or immigration, a president has to pass legislation to impact those things. Trump has done nothing of the sort.
President Obama objectively passed legislation that impacted jobs. Trump has not. So you can't say oh well Trump and Obama should get the same credit for job creation when Obama passed legislation that had a tangible impact on job creation and Trump has not.

I don't get it. They think job creation is great now but it is literally the same, nothing has changed.
Illegal immigration has been dropping every single year since 2008-2009. So declining illegal immigration is apart of a long term trend.
Trade, Trump canceled TPP, but again, the Democratic party had already killed TPP well before the election took place, it was dead already. And with NAFTA negotiations, the actual reporting is that nothing much will change.
So objectively Trump has done nothing on jobs, trade, or immigration. He has passed zero major legislation to impact those things.
