Mostly an appeal to emotion and not a good one at that.  Other jurors we're saying guilty as a result of the emotion play but I argued the evidence.  The other jurors thought it was cut and dry and just wanted to go home but I was getting paid by UPS and instead of working nights, I was home every night so going into the 2nd day of deliberations after complaints by other jurors of being out money I told them I was making bank and wasn't going to change my position so we finally looked at the evidence and most agreed the case really was weak and the remaining just went along as they wanted to get out.  Case over with a not guilty verdict just after lunch.  We even beat rush hour traffic.</p></blockquote><p></p>
