Clinton gave a <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deposition_(law)" target="_blank">sworn deposition</a> in the Jones case on January 17, 1998, during which he denied having a "sexual relationship", "sexual affair" or "sexual relations" with Lewinsky.
