Printed new contracts?

Does anyone have any idea when we receive the new contract? I am so darn confused with the early vote and all. Stupid question, but...has the old contract expired yet? I used to keep up on this kinda stuff, and I know it's important, but.... So does anyone know when the contract will be released to us? Thanks.

The new contract was signed back in Dec 2007. It is in effect now except for raises which begin in August 2008.
Basically the last ten months of the old contract were voided.
