When i am in a steward role, the company does not dictate to me, or even tells me how to talk, if i raise my voice to express my stand on an issue, ups can not discipline me for it.  Bottom line, ups did not like him because he did what any steward should and represent the members. The union did not like him because he did what they did not have the stones to do. And after researching this arbitrator, she is pretty pro company in a lot of her decisions.</blockquote>
