Do you remember when they revised this...in some meetings..to say that it changed depending on the circumstances. Sometimes profit took the necessity? ....****e. The beginning of the end.

Senior, or even District level management freely admit that profit needs to come first.

This started happening about 6 months ago, part of the slow destruction of the Express division.

I heard mgmt saying that 10 years ago.... In private of course. The people first thing is about conning the noobs or the hopelessly gullible kool aid drinkers into thinking the company values their efforts.

If you think about it, everything at this company is subject to change at the whim of upper management. Anyone who has ever gone through the GFT process, disciplinary process, or been injured knows that they make it up as they go along. Lies, lies, and more lies.
