PT air driver senoirity?

Do pt air routes go only by seniority or does the time you started driving matter? I have been with UPS for almost 5 years. I started air driving about 2 years ago. Another employee has been there less than me but has been driving longer than me. Who has the right to the air route? Anyone with any information would be appreciated?

Depends what kind of air driver you are. A lot of the part-time air driving does not have defined routes to bid for. But some of the full-time air drivers do have well defined routes, especially the shuttle drivers.
