pt getting less hours then lower senorioty

So I have been at ups for 3 and 1/2 years and work in the sort aisle. This guy that has been there for like 1 and 1/2 to 2 years is supposed to be in the sort aisle but works the unload almost everyday he also stays at the end and does rewraps there for about an extra hour a day. I have more senority so can I request to be the one to do those rewraps at the end of the day?

You can request to go to the unload before him yes.....The retapes alone you could probably pull off too, Just ask....
