Contract allows transfer for part timers because of school or health. Otherwise, you have to quit and start at the bottom again. If you have a transfer, you keep your seniority day for # of vacations and pay. You go to the bottom of the new list for bidding vacations and every other bid. You go to the benefits of the local you transfer to.
