Question about holiday pay

After the 30 days and you reach seniority, I was wondering...do you get double pay on holidays automatically or is after a year?
What is your hire date? In our local as a seniority employee if you work 13 days in the month you are entitled to any paid holiday in that month. Also if you are not a seniority employee you are entitled to the paid holiday as long as you are on active status the day of the holiday.,and work 13 days in the month. The only way to get double pay would be to work the day after thanksgiving or New Year's Eve., and also be paid for the holiday. In these cases you would be paid time and a half for hours worked plus straight time for the holiday.

Yes....any working holiday that employees are paid double rate for...once you get seniority, you will be paid double rate that holiday for the hours you work. However, any paid holidays off....like Labor day for example, you will not be paid for until you've worked here a year.
