Question about loading at a hub or the airport

Which is more preferable? Both are open to apply for. The airport only says 4:30a-7:30a though while the hub offers 5:00p-9:30p. Are the shorter hours because it's harder work at the airport?

Easier work at the airports. Shorter hours because of the smaller window for the planes to come in and takeoff again.
