For package, PT bids, and shift changes, we bid on a computer here. Everything else FT is a paper bid list that gets posted at the guard shack.

To OP, I believe all you need to have is seniority to bid for package in my hub. They have been hiring 22.4’s like crazy here. I’ve seen people with less than a year seniority win a bid. RPCD is a different story.
