Question about qualifying

Hello, currently on day 20 of package car driver and they have had me cover different routes twice, as well as worked me every Saturday since starting probation. Just today told me that if I don’t scratch the route 5 times in the last 10 days of probation then I will be dq’d. However they told me I scratched the route they had me cover on a Saturday. Should I be worried about being dq’d? Or am I already in because they took me off my training route for a couple days

you could go ahead and do some book keeping. but from what you describe it looks good. I assume you are an outside hire but all it takes is a records request for your route and days worked to go to panel and it's game over.

Been with the company 6 years now. I was dq’d as a 22.4 driver because I didn’t scratch an average of 5 days. I’m now trying to qualify as a rpcd

Are you sure it's an RPCD bid?

They're trying to see how fast you'll move imo. Bc of the coverage and Sats, my guess is they will probably keep you regardless.

Yup. It’s a Huge brand new hub and I have been told they need to fill 15 rpcd spots

There was at least some consistency to the training before Orion. I’ve been sent to help some of these new trainees finish out the day, and most of them still have no clue what’s going on.

The new management has no clue what's going on either.
They just look at a map they don't have any area knowledge
