I've been working at UPS on the local sort for over 5 years now and a seasonal job came up at our center. I can't do it this year because I have other priorities during the day but I have a question. One of my fellow employees is doing it and they're sending him to Chicago for driver school. I've worked at UPS longer then this employee and I'm wondering if by him going to the school, does he "skip" in front of me when a full time job is available? I know they always have to post positions on the board to be bid on but it gets me nervous because I want the full-time position when its available.
