12.12 posts per day?? Hell you have 12 posts in the book long before I go to work each morning and you live on the Wrong Coast.

consider how much time you waste sparring with more, and neither of you will ever yield any ground

seems pointless to me

Some people don't understand what the "Ignore" feature is for, its really pathetic on their part.

Click on 'Setting" on the top right corner and go to "Edit Ignore List". Type in the person's name that you don't like, then all their posts disappear from your feed. Its really simple.

The icon just to the right of Blog this Post (below your user name/avatar) that looks like the Star of David is for either adding to or subtracting from a member's reputation. This is usually used when a simple "Like" will not do or when a post upsets you to the point where a simple "Dislike" will not do. You should not place too much emphasis on the reputation or the post count as neither reflect the contributions that a member makes to the forum as a whole. There is a member here with nearly 58K posts and a rep value approaching 200K but there are those who feels she posts simply for the sake of posting and that she adds little to nothing to the discussion of the topic on hand. I have found that it is those members who post less often that normally have the most to say. Reputation can only be given on a periodic basis---I just gave you pos rep which means I would have to wait a while before doing it again. This ensures that no one member is artificially inflating or deflating another member's reputation numbers. When you receive a new reputation comment or a "like" it will show up in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Click on the notification. You should have one now as I gave you pos rep for this thread. As I said, you should not place any emphasis on the reputation number and should focus on the quality of your posts, not the quantity. 58K posts tells me you think you have a lot to say but in reality haven't really said anything at all.

26 posts (as of mine) 7 from Upstate, 6 from Moreluck, according to postamatics I'd like to know why you guys spent so much time in this thread.

No ignore here. Just skim read and scroll. Repeat as necessary.
