Quick question about healthcare seniority (On Topic)

If I started December 17th 2016, would I be eligible for the union health care plan Dec 17th 2017? or later than that since I was considered seasonal but got kept as permanent

Did you have any break in service between the time that you were seasonal and when you became permanent? If so, your seniority date is most likely not 12/17/16 and therefore you would not start receiving benefits on 12/17/17.

No I never had an official break in service, worked straight through.

If you had no break in service then your seniority date would be 12/17/16.
