He was a Welsh-born American film and television actor, known for his roles as Dr. Bombay from Bewitched, Archibald Gracie IV in Titanic, Captain Winston Havlock in The Mummy and as the naive, bumbling Colonel Crittendon on Hogan's Heroes.
