What also isn't being considered with that is the 20% - 30%+ increases being negotiated with companies across the nation who also pay a ton into HWP. $8.50ish is 20% over the life of the contract. $3.50 up front plus another $5 over 4 years is the absolute least we deserve, along with standard HWP increases like so many others are getting. I'm a reasonable guy, but if these less profitable companies can afford it, I'm getting mine. Especially after the way we were treated in 2020 and 2021.
