Message: <blockquote data-quote="vantexan" data-source="post: 6023565" data-attributes="member: 24302"><p>See, only a liberal would complain about the process and want it changed in their favor.  Florida requires the 60% threshold for all amendments to pass.  It's to avoid the tyranny of the minority, no matter what the issue is.  In other words if it only took say 51% to pass then amendments would be constantly voted on for every issue by every imaginable group who think they may have a shot.</p></blockquote><p></p>
