I don't care about my REP points on Brown Cafe. I care about my REP points with my fellow workers in my hub. 95% of UPS'ers are great and friendly people. This means a lot to me. We go into work every day, putting our body and safety on the line.

A more accurate measure of ones Rep is Rep Points Per Post or RPPP. It's not the quantity but the quality.

I disagree with all of you.I think rep points are points derived by posting well thought out ideas.
Rep points are much more valuable than likes.Likes are from a good joke,or an opinion agreement.
Rep points are from respect and do not come so easily.
