Any call tag if I go to the address and the people tell me they are not sending anything back I am sheeting as refused, cancelled. Why would I go back and ask them for the package two more times?
If the house is obviously vacant I am sheeting as non delivered, moved. Again why go three times? In both cases the company who asked us to go get the package will know why there is no package coming back. No doubt in Dish's contract the customer is required to inform Dish of new address so Dish has performed due diligence in sending us out and having us report back that the customer has moved. Going two more times does nothing.
But if address is simply not home of course gotta come back two more times.
