After a brief discussion with my BA then the company offered a resignation, for those moments is where the pressure set in, and had to decide then ...with the opportunity to come back if I elected to just resign.....

Happened 1 yr ago, With the belief that I could reapply, I accepted the letter, we shake hands and I returned company property. Then I that was it,....

They knew GD good and well that they weren't going to rehire you or they probably won't have let you go in the first place.
