Irrelevant. Obama and the dems have condoned their activity by refusing to prosecute them for obvious voter intimidation. That is called corruption, plain and simple.

Irrelevant, since we are making decrees. Have you ever visited a polling station used mainly by 'people of color' on election day? The people 'not of color' observing cars with pen in paper in hand and police cars circling are intimidation in a very real sense.

Personally, I'm not afraid of 'black panther thugs' standing in a very public place. Clowns, do however, scare me just a little.
