"Poll workers in the video offer up ballots without requesting identification from off-camera operatives. Members of O’Keefe’s Project Veritas give names that the video alleges belong to deceased New Hampshire voters and receive ballots, even when they report that they forgot their IDs in the car. It would be considered voter fraud were any of them to vote under these names, but none of them do – at least on camera." "Republicans in the state legislature passed a bill this summer that would have required photo identification for New Hampshire voters, but Governor John Lynch vetoed that legislation, saying, “ An eligible voter who goes to the polls to vote on Election Day should be able to have his or her vote count on Election Day.” Are you reading the links, or just copy/pasting? Both of those paragraphs say everything. The Governor vetoed a no-nonsense bill the legislation passed--and now O'Keefe is out for blood. Your sentence -- "The states attorney general is investigating and plans to charge O'Keefe with election tampering once his investigation is concluded" -- appears nowhere in the ABC News Article, or MM article. In fact, Media Matters is pretty specific about the "crime" they believe was videotaped--videotaping without permission, which is most likely a civil infraction. Even if it were criminal, 1) the prosecutor would have to bring the case, at great taxpayer expense (compared to any perceived 'damage' it caused to the city/state), and 2) it would require the other party on tape to testify that they didn't give permission. I applaud your effort, but...well....assuming this is your "Spring Training" for the upcoming presidential election cycle, you need a lot of work. A lot. Good luck.
