I have always liked folk music, she had a good voice.

I grew up listening to folk music, my parents really liked it. Even now I almost always have something by Peter, Paul and Mary on my ipod rotation.
RIP.

And let's not forget the great children's favorite Puff the Magic Dragon. That song came out in 1963' as I was in elementary school and not long after that song was everywhere and a kid favorite.

The music that Mary put out with Peter Yarrow and Paul Stookey will always be timeless. When my kids were learning guitar I was surprised how many of their songs were found in lesson books.

And in case this myth still has any kinda legs, Puff was not about marijuana. The lyrics were inspired by a poem called Custard the Dragon.

Thanks Mary!
