I was recently injured, filled out an incident report and everything. I went to my doctor and they said they needed the name of UPS's Risk Management Team along with my case number. I can't seem to find HR's phone number, does anyone happen to know who is UPS's Risk Management Team is? Thanks in advance.

tell them liberty mutual is our work place insurance carrier, i dont know why they need the case number from you, it should be easy to get once they contact libmut
