Hoffa stooge Ron H violates local's bylaws. He has rejected two petitions by members at Republic Services demanding a shop steward election. Ron H used his president and Hoffa stooge Jay P to meet with 3 members at Local 396. When the meeting took place Jay P angrily asked why they backed Fred Z and Teamsters United. Jay P tried to pull the race card and say that since the members were Mexican they should back Ron H and not Fred Z. Jay P was also furious that these sanitation members were members of TDU.
The sanitation members explained that Fred Z didn't run against Ron H, and that he had ran against the crooked and worthless Hoffa. They also forced Jay P to remember that sanitation at 396 not only voted for Fred Z and Teamsters United, but so had the entire local at 396.
Jay P also added that they could not honor the petition for a shop steward election because Ron H was afraid they would use it for political purposes and against Ron H in the upcoming local election.
Jay P begged the members to unite behind Ron H because he was Mexican like them and added that Ron H and he had distanced themselves from Rome A because of his dirty tactics. Jay P added Rome A deserves to be punished for his violations.
