The other day I had a silly thought and was wondering, I had a write up and of course told supe rts. The supe put rts on it and went on his way. But what would have happened if the initials to my name were rts (ex. Roy Theodore Smith) would the supe be forging a sig for me. Like I said silly thoughts but this has had to have happened to someone out there.

I once had a customer sign for a pkg and signed it "John Hancock". I reaaly got upset with the guy until he pulled out his wallet and showed me his drivers' license...his name was John Hancock.

Why would you get upset? As long as they write something on the screen, I'm happy.

    Names I have gotten:

Not so weird but these are some of the more frequent names:
Convenient store 10 to 1 it is Patel
Cleaners 10 to 1 it is Kim

I always put whatever I am told. Not my job to verify who they are.
As far as the OP, he was talking about Refusing To Sign a driver follow up.

The best one I had was Anita Feel, I still laugh to this day when I deliver to her house.
