But the FBI knew right away what Giuliani was up to. He was trying to soil the warrant. Once they took the hard drive he would have argued in court that the warrant was executed in error and the evidence tainted and therefore thrown out. He might have had a decent chance of prevailing but he couldn't keep his mouth shut. And the Biden hard drive itself could not have been used as evidence in court in a prosecution of Biden because it too was acquired in error. It should not be this hard for you to understand. He was trying to find a legal technicality that would serve as a get out of jail free card. It might have been a different story altogether if he had kept his mouth shut for once and not going running off to Fox News.</p></blockquote><p></p>
