Went through a few before I found a good one this year. If I have to ground your slow butt to the jump seat because you are preventing me from getting to my family you wont be on my package car tomorrow. Nothing personal, just facts.

You cannot have safety and yell about production at the same time. Can't work.

I've never had a helper that was too slow. I will deliver the first few stops to show them what pace I expect, and it ain't very fast. The more stops I deliver today the more I get tomorrow. If they want to move faster than I do they can chase down the truck as I drive away.

I have had helpers that were way too unsafe. Run, run, run. Fall, fall, fall. I have told my bosses that we were better off without a guy, that he was going to hurt himself and it would end badly. That was the end of that.
