Same step as last year?

Anyone know what's going on? People are saying they are on the same step as last year. I checked workday and its the same for me. Same step but with the new amount.

How did you confirm that? We were told the same thing then i looked at the computer and it's totally different.

Manager brought us in one at a time and told us

Workday is a joke, some people seem to be able to see information, otherwise for many others, other than their name and basic info, no other info can be seen.

I couldn't tell you, I happen to be one of the people who have ZERO information... oh and the new "jcats" sucks you can't find anything.

You will progress to the next step. That was in the original email. According to HR it should be visible for everyone by the end of the week.
So Workday might show the step with the new pay, but it hasn't moved people to the next step yet.
