My center only has about 26 drivers. We all live close to the center, not the satellite area. It's a bad deal. If it goes down the way they say it is, I figure it will cost those drivers almost 20k a year in lost overtime and gas. Not that an 8 hour day would be bad, but driving 100 miles a day is brutal.....and I'm sure they will end up working those guys from 10:30 to 8:30 eventually anyway.
Thats what happened in out center. They (IE) claimed their stops would not change, wrong! Both routes picked up about 30-40 stops and are out nearly 12 hours everyday.
