Saturday air driving count towards progression?

I was a Saturday air driver for 10 mnths and made perm FT driver. Does my 10 mnths count towards progression or do I reset to zero when I made FT seniority?

Nope. Start at zero. 10 months does not even give you a step up on PT progression.

PT air driver with 10 months seniority pays $13.50/hr. He will start higher at FT starting driver rate and PT driving means nothing for FT progression.

I meant inside PT rate. Like these 15 year part timers that are just now driving.

Not sure how much a 15 year PTer makes an hour but yeah you would be correct they would pay him the higher wage. Had an ODC girl and Saturday air driver at top rate go FT driving. Told HR she should start at her air driving rate. They did but then a few months later Payroll said no and wanted the overages back.
