Seasonal helpers, how often have you been getting called and how many hrs each day?

I show up with when I'm told to show up with an hour notice and I stay until the truck is cleaned out. Getting anywhere between 4-7 hrs.

My helper works the preload, changes and meets me on road. He has been averaging 10-12 hours per day combined. He then goes to the gym after I drop him off.

I received my first call three days ago and the driver decided to keep me. I've been working 8 to 8 1/2 hours each day.
