[QUOTE="ChrisTheBrown, post: 1388847, member: 52649"] Okay, avatar changed..Didn't realize how big of a deal that was..& I can handle this job, it's just the whole waiting process that sucks. Before I left work this morning, one of the bosses asked me if I had my browns with me..Of course, told him I did & would be ready following the preload if they needed me to go out..Sure enough, they didn't need me. I'm not trying to just sit here & complain or ask for any sympathy from anyone. I know this turns into a great career, years down the road. The more I think about it, I don't want to look back years from now & wish that I stayed. Most days I do get discouraged and overwhelmed, but I show up every day & bust my ass to the point where I can barely walk by the end of my usual 4 hour shift. My pic says "Brown To The Bone" & anyone that knows me would tell you that I'm exactly that. I'll continue to suck it up & persevere, one day at a time. One day, these old timers will start riding off into the sunset & my time will eventually come. Thanks to all that showed somewhat positive feedback & best of luck this coming peak.
