We bid yearly here, so in a change of operations, you would be in cover at your new center until the annual bid at which time you would select a job in seniority order. With Bid for Life, your representative might be correct that you can only use your seniority to bid on new jobs and vacations unless you have language that specifically allows for bumping. He's still wrong about it being done that way all over the country though.</p></blockquote><p></p>
