It is a bit ugly to see years 2 and 3 raises at only .75 cents. That's at or below year 2 and 3 raises from the last awful contract. It is nice to get $2.75 year one, but it is at the expense of years 2 and 3. Regardless of how it is payed, there's no way any one year raise should be at or below the last contract, which was pre-covid and before this unbelievable inflation we have encountered this past 2-3 years, while UPS enjoyed record profits.</p></blockquote><p></p>
