See Mike doesn't respect seniority because when he went back into Feeders in Meanj he was telling the dispatchers that he has 27 years in and so the dispatchers were sending him on all the long runs until the shop stewards found out he was violating  people's seniority. He's doesn't respect seniority so for him to try and change it is just a self serving joke on his part. His seniority was never stripped within the system we have been in.</p></blockquote><p></p>
