You go talk those who will be affected by what your proposing and then tell them you don't care what they say, it's what you and others want and then go to the part timers and tell them that they don't count. I know many people who have more than twenty years part time and to say to them that company seniority will rule the day except it will exclude them. Tell them why.</p></blockquote><p></p>
