Seniority

Ever since I stopped coming in on preload on Mondays which are my scheduled days off, my center manager has been keeping me from driving any chance he gets. Today I noticed someone below me jumped me on the “updated” seniority list. The seniority list from August showed this person was four spots below me. Additionally, this same person gets air and shuttle work every day. Please any advice on how to handle this?

File a seniority grievance and get paid every time the lower senior driver works and I bet they stop that.

Yea they call themselves giving me and him the same seniority date with his name before mines.
