If I was hired during the seasonal period and never laid off should my senority date be my summer date since I were never laid off?

My senority date is 9/2/14

But I started 6/3/14

Never got laid off

Sounds like you were hired as a summer seasonal. Memorial Day through Labor Day. Kept you on permanent after the Seasonal period ended.

Did you sign seasonal paperwork?

Yeah... Damn

I heard they're supposed to fire you one day and rehire

Many people got hired 9/2/14 and they will outbid me because the tiebreaker go by who filled out the paperwork at hr first and it took them two weeks to have me fill out paperwork

So the new contracts, time doesn't revert back????

A couple contracts ago, when I was hired on during Seasonal, since I never missed a day after peak, my date went back to my hire date.... Well after i filed a grievance that is...
