SFA Rah-Rah Letters

This year, a lot of managers are sending-out "rah-rah" letters to tell us how good FedEx has been to us, and to remember this when we take the SFA. The one in our station looked like the first couple of pages were "canned", as in directly from Memphis. The last page was more specifically local, but again reminding us how wonderful FedEx is and how freaking lucky we are to work for such a great company.

If it's so damn great, why do we constantly have to be reminded? People would be waiting in the parking lot to submit applications, and nobody would quit, right?

Pure 100% crap.

Just telling it like it is
The managers of course are doing their share of pep-talks as well as well as being buddy buddy with the workforce too.

"Forget all those times this past year when we threw you under the bus, here's some hotdogs and by the way we need good scores."

Exactly. Anyone who can be bought-off with a weenie roast and a week of not being bent over backwards is a maroon. Unfortunately, we've got a lot of them.

Haven't forgotten.

That will reflect on the SFA.

We could all give them stinging rebukes, and the overall report will be the same in May. "All indicators are up!!". "Once again, you've told us that FedEx is a great place to work!!" and other lies. We never see the true results, and there is no independent verification, so they can say whatever they need to say to extend the fallacy another year. Crap.
