We should stop. The Chinese catch live sharks, cut off the fin for soup, and then toss the still-living shark back in the water to die. Sharks are actually becoming endangered as a result. If it puts a penny in Fred's pocket, however, we'll keep shipping the fins.

most likely the refusal to ship. Sharks simply don't generate the same type of public sympathy as dolphins and pandas and lions and such.....especially with the press they've been receiving this past summer.
Well then my guess would be that Fedex would keep on shipping them.
Seems like every summer there's plenty of shark sightings on the news...
