Is noncollapsible toe a requirement now? Just thought it had to have a full leather upper and anti-slip soles.
That is what I have been told by the head of our CHSP committee.
Some seasonals were sent home for tennis shoes, so it was enforced, too.
He has been known to sometimes go a little overboard on some things. YMMV at other centers, I guess.

Walmart has a pair for 30 bucks, all you need is the Timberland Pro antifatigue lower back support insole. It’s $80 and worth every damn penny. I put them in every shoe I wear

military dress shoes, cowboy boots, sneakers, makes no difference I feel like I’m walking on a cloud

Trust me if you wanna make this a career is worth getting some work boots because nowadays you can become a driver as long as you know the difference between Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck…
