I suffered panic attacks throughout my tenure at UPS on the job, and still do to this day. I sought help, and it helped to some degree by talking to a therapist. Although no medication was prescribed for my mental issues, I drank heavily, 4-6 Heinekens nightly to calm down and ease the discompfort of foot, knee and back pain.
