As you can see it is not 10%.

It used to be, my brother worked there for 18 years or more.
Coca Cola was 1 dollar per dollar, too. Not sure what is going on there now.
And to answer Upstate - no that 1 dollar to dollar match is only up to a certain percentage of anual pay

ANY dollar to dollar match is is a certain percentage.
