should i report chest pains during work as an injury?

We had a driver who had chest pains on his route. He called 911, then called the center manager and told him where the keys to the package car were going to be left. He went to the hospital in an ambulance. Fortunately it was not a heart attack, but some kind of acid reflux.

He did the right thing. Don't mess around with chest pain.
