Skilled position raise ?

You used to get a $1 raise for having a skilled position (sorter, pickoff, etc..). Is that still the case or is that done away with now that we have a new contract? Thank you.

i got tge extra dollar in 2002 because we had to use address charts to load the trucks

Apparently they changed things to where being a sorter is not considered a skilled position so no more raise for passing the sort test it seems to me that they have us sorters take the sort test once a month to figure out who does the missorting

So, does this mean that someone who gets hired in 2022 will make the same as someone who got hired in 2018?
If they were hired before the new contract was ratified they get GWI. So technically no. But all new hires from this point on will have the same starting rates until the end of the contract. So if you get hired tomorrow you will get paid the same as somebody who’s hired in 2022
